You might not realize it, but your children are under attack! The battle for your children’s hearts and minds has been unfolding for decades but in the past two Covid Years the truth is finally being revealed.
Flashback to 1837 when Horace Mann was elected to act as Secretary of the newly-created Massachusetts Board of Education and he used his position to spearhead the Common School Movement which would ensure that every child could receive a basic education funded by local taxes. Mann’s first attack on Biblical education was to create a nonsectarian, non-Biblical secular education. John Dewey implemented Mann’s humanistic education as a religion in the 20’s and 30’s. Dewey and Mann viewed Christianity as a huge problem that needed to be solved through government education.
Flashforward to 2022 and public government schools that openly promote the following tenets of Mann’s Secularism:
Evolution, pro-abortion, doomsday Climate Control, Post Modernism, Individual Autonomy, Rebelliousness Against Parents, Promiscuity, Perversions, Anti-Family, Anti-Free Enterprise and pr-Socialism, Drug & Alcohol use, ant-police, anti-free speech, and Christian beliefs as hate speech.
Why would a God fearing, Bible believing, Christian families send their children to an anti-Biblical, God-hating, Christian mocking institution for secular indoctrination?
For many years the immediate responses are, “public school isn’t that bad, I survived public school, I want my children to be a light, they need to learn how to defend their faith and we can’t afford a private Christian school education.
This book is a compilation of my conversations with Christian parents who are griding over the decision of how to educate their precious children but more importantly a Biblical reason why we should, “Just Say No, To Public School!”

The Parable of the Wise and Foolish Builders found in Matthew 7:24-27 reveals that, “a wise man builds his house on the rock.” A solid foundation comes from wisdom found in the Bible. A foolish man builds his foundation on sand which is washed away by rain and wind. Too many Christian families are watching their children reject the Christian faith once they move out or attend secular universities. Have Christian families foolishly built a secular foundation which undermines their Christian faith by sending their children to government schools from Kindergarten through High School?
Church Dropouts Have Risen to 64%
As a pastor, an educator and a father of five children it absolutely breaks my heart to see so many Christian families choose to send their children to schools that are completely undermining their family principles, values and most importantly their Christian faith.
One of the central themes of the Bible is a warning from God against the deception of false teaching. In the beginning God who is the Master, the ultimate Law giver, and our loving Father warns against the deception of false teaching. Satan’s pattern has not changed since the Garden of Eden. Satan’s pattern is to get us to stop listening to God, stop obeying God’s Word, and to follow the wicked ways of Satan’s ways of the world.
In Genesis 3:1-5 the devil, who is the serpent of old, deceives Adam and Eve by creating doubt. Satan uses distortion, denial, and he denounces God which ultimately creates doubt in the minds of Adam and Eve. This false teaching leads Adam and Eve into the simple sinful rebellion of “eating fruit.” Adam and Eve chose to believe the subtle lies of the devil over the truth of the Almighty.
Simple distorted lies that twist Biblical teachings, including denials and denouncements from school teachers have lasting effects that turn into doubts.
Psalm 1 is a direct warning against the wicked, sinful, scoffing unrighteous counsel of the world. The exhortation against such teaching is to mediate on the Law of the Lord, day and night.
I Corinthians 1-3 implores Christians to understand that the wisdom of the world is foolishness to God. God states that He will destroy the wisdom of the wise and that there is a no debater that is His equal.
Colossians 2:8 goes on to remind us that no one is to take us captive through the philosophy and empty deception according to the tradition of men and the elementary principles of the world.
So then, why do so many Christian parents reject the countless warning that God gives regarding the worthless teaching of the world by sending their children to secular public schools?
